Draw & edit — author KML in the browser

Google-Earth-style authoring on the globe: drop placemarks, trace paths, draw polygons, and edit every feature's label, description, color, width, icon, and coordinates — with live length and area. Save straight into the catalog, or open an existing layer to edit it. Start at /globe/edit.

HUM — Historical Utility Mapping

Single source of truth for historical utility routing: the entire esposvr9 DataE KML archive, indexed into a normalized store and served on one interactive map — APWA colors, provenance rendering, spatial + attribute search, KML/DXF/CSV export. Ingest status and the triage queue live at /hum/ingest. See docs/hum.md.

Bulk import from Rome utilities (TODO)

Historical KMLs currently live in Rome utilities (Supabase walkout_input_files bucket). The migration script will POST each to /api/v1/kmls and stamp the external_ref soft-FK back to the originating job.
